Spolkova Residence
Residential area at Spolkova was realized with the goal of creating a high quality and rent-affordable housing, which is located near the city center. The total reconstruction of the Spolkova residence was realized in 2013. We offer 42 new flats which are 1+kk, 2+kk and 3+kk in the building with an elevator.
